Phase 1 (Presale application part 1): Deadline Midnight 15th November 2021.

Any holders with over 100m or 50m Koda are able to take part in a voluntary swap of Koda to Kapex to get increased and guaranteed whitelisting for presale.
This is similar to what the largest holders did, to support the project and reduce Koda supply.
Large holders are given the option to swap either 15% or 25% of their wallets if over 50m or 100m respectively. There is no option to swap any other amount.
In return these top holders will be credited with KAPEX at ratio 1:1 doing this means they will join the exclusive group of the Koda top holders and benefit from membership NFT/s. They also receive guaranteed whitelisting for $1000 plus the guaranteed presale as below:
- 15% range- Guaranteed Additional Presale opportunity of Kapex value of 0.5 BNB / equivalent.
- 25% range- Guaranteed Additional Presale opportunity of Kapex value of 1 BNB / equivalent.

Phase 2 (Presale application part 2): Deadline Midnight 15th November 2021.

Any Koda holders can apply for presale of KAPEX value of $1000 (USD / BNB equivalent).

This process is doxed to prevent manipulation (name and email is required, ID in some circumstances may need to be provided). If we receive more than 3000 total applications after the guaranteed spots are filled (following the investors evening and project contributor contributions), applicants will be randomly selected.

Phase 3 (Airdrop)

All holders when converting to Koda v2 will also be credited with 100 Kapex.

Phase 4 (Presale)

Presale will be organised and credited. Proceeds of presale go towards providing liquidity in pancakeswap (soon to be SummitSwap), to continue marketing and brand building, future development fees and of course, to pay for KAPEX centralised exchange fees. More news to follow after successful presale is filled.
